What’s new

We ship improvements every week. Here’s what changed, newest first.

  1. A calmer, cleaner app on every page

    • Easier to read: hints, times and table headings have stronger contrast in both themes.
    • Faster to open: each page loads the first time you visit it, so the app starts with less than half the download.
    • Connections and Messaging have a Runs tab; Run now takes you straight to it.
    • Done and couldn't messages appear as small pop-ups everywhere, instead of banners that push the page around.
    • Times read the same everywhere: "5 hours ago" this week, a date before that, the exact time on hover.
    • Get started: a short checklist on Profiles for a new workspace, ticking itself off as you go.
    • Empty lists offer the next step (Start a scrape, Create a sequence), and pages load in the shape they'll have.
    • Enter works everywhere you'd expect: in dialogs, settings and schedules it does what the main button does, and Ctrl/Cmd + Enter sends from a text box. Change password has show-password eyes.
    • Your scrapes and Jobs on a phone: one tidy card per run, with its name, status, progress and download button in view.
    • A shorter sidebar: Scraper, Bulk scrape and Query splitter share one entry with tabs, Leads and Leads in outreach (the old Funnel) too, and the admin pages fold away.
    • Rows show one main button, with everything else in a ⋯ menu. No more buttons cut off at the edge of a table.
    • On a phone, every table becomes a list of small cards, and the summary tiles sit two to a row.
    • AI replies and My account are split into tabs; the AI page keeps a Save bar in view while there are changes.
    • Analytics: a clearer day-by-day line chart with round numbers, and one compact row per account that opens for the details.
    • Plain words everywhere: Bulk scrape (was Campaign), Slow, Medium and Fast speeds, Export everything, and statuses like Signed in and Stopped.
    • Search boxes filter as you type, filters look the same on every page, and Stop all asks before stopping anything.
    • If one part of a page can't load, only that part says so, with Try again; the rest keeps working.
  2. Live run logs, Pause AI replies, and no one left behind in My Network

    • Messaging and Connections: each run shows what it's doing right now, live, like a scrape. Open a run to see its whole log, step by step.
    • AI replies: Pause for an hour, 4 hours, 24 hours or until you resume, from the AI replies page or the inbox. Resume catches up on what came in meanwhile.
    • AI replies catch up by themselves after every inbox check, so a reply that came in while AI was off still gets an answer.
    • Inbox: see what the AI is doing. The conversation being written right now is highlighted, the ones next in line are marked, and new filters show AI writing, AI drafts and Sending soon.
    • Notifications open the exact conversation, even when the inbox is already open.
    • LinkedIn sign-in: a live view of each step with a moving bar and a timer, so it never looks stuck. Enter now submits the verification code.
    • Schedules: Apply to every account, so one Save or Run now sets up connections, messaging, follow-ups and reply checks on all your LinkedIn accounts.
    • Inbox: every reply from the last 90 days that needs an answer is sorted and drafted by itself, a batch on each inbox check. Every one gets a draft unless it's an away message, hostile, explicit, or a situation you set to not reply, and then the conversation says why.
    • AI replies: fixed conversations that could stay on AI next forever without a draft. They're picked up again by themselves, and a big backlog is worked through a batch a minute.
    • Inbox: a cleaner layout. Tags are in one menu, the AI filters show only when they have something, and the conversation list fills the window.
    • Inbox: Clear all drafts (or every AI failure) at once, and Stop checking to stop the reply checks on every account.
    • Cookie sign-in no longer signs you out: GrabProspect now works as the browser the cookies came from (Windows, Mac and so on), so LinkedIn keeps the session in both places.
    • Messaging from My Network no longer skips people further down your connections list, and tries their profile's Message button before giving up on anyone.
  3. AI replies: situations with their own switches, and it stays on topic

    • Situations: the AI now recognises 16 situations (they started the conversation, a favour, a recruiter, a support question, a price objection, a referral, hostile and more). Each has its own on/off switch, what to do (write for you to check, send by itself, notify you, or just tag it) and its own instruction.
    • Sending hours: replies sent by themselves go out only on your days and hours, in your time zone.
    • Allowed links, an always-English option, and escalation words that always bring a reply to you.
    • Hostile replies add the person to every account's do-not-contact list; a referral saves the name on the conversation.
    • It stays on topic: the AI never answers trivia, homework, code, medical, political, personal or explicit questions, or instructions hidden in a message. Explicit messages are never answered at all.
    • The launch film on the home page now shows AI replies.
  4. Deep sync reads 10,000 followers in minutes, to the last one

    • Company Pages: Deep sync now reads about 100 followers every few seconds instead of a handful per scroll, so 10,000 followers take about 6 to 8 minutes instead of hours, and it doesn't slow down as the list grows.
    • It goes on to the very last follower: when LinkedIn is slow or stops giving more for a moment, it waits and asks again instead of ending early.
  5. AI replies, the whole conversation in the inbox, and replies that don't make you wait

    • AI replies (add-on): every reply is sorted as interested, question, not now, not interested, out of office or wrong person, and an answer in your voice is waiting in the inbox to send, edit or rewrite. Tell it about you and how to write on the new AI replies page, and try it on sample replies first.
    • Send by itself, if you choose: pick the kinds of reply the AI may answer alone and a wait to read, edit or cancel it first.
    • An out-of-office reply no longer ends a sequence: the next follow-up waits until the day after they're back.
    • The inbox shows the whole conversation: each one is read back to its first message once, in the background, without marking anything as read, and every check adds all the new messages.
    • Replying is instant: send and move on. Replies for the same account go out one after another in one session.
    • Analytics shows AI replies and the new reply kinds for each account.
  6. Page invites by country, and a Runs list for messaging

    • Page invites: choose a country (searchable list) for runs by hand and Automatic runs. When LinkedIn shows nobody to invite, the run reloads the window and refreshes the list before giving up.
    • Messaging: every outreach and follow-up run in one list, with status, account, sequence, people reached, the step sent and each message. Sort and filter it like the scraper list.
    • Sequences: your edits are kept as a draft, so a reload or a stray click no longer loses them.
    • Followers and messaged lists import any size, from pasted links or a CSV file.
    • Outreach from a people search messages only the people in the results, never the mutual connections listed under them.
    • Company Pages are saved by their number (linkedin.com/company/28418608/), which follower sync needs.
  7. Help Center, and Copy all links in the query splitter

    • Query splitter: Copy all links copies every sub-search, one per line, ready to paste into Campaign › Add in bulk.
    • A Help Center with step-by-step answers for every part of GrabProspect.
    • Pages on security, alternatives to popular LinkedIn tools, and outreach playbooks by industry.
  8. Ten more guides

    • InMail and Open Profiles, setting up your profile for outreach, message limits, and withdrawing pending invitations.
    • Playbooks for recruiters and account-based prospecting, Sales Navigator saved searches and lists, and the Social Selling Index.
    • LinkedIn outreach and GDPR, and how cloud, extension and desktop tools differ.
  9. Guides, free tools and comparisons on the website

    • New guides on Sales Navigator, LinkedIn limits, safety, templates and choosing tools.
    • Free tools: connection note checker, Sales Navigator link checker and an outreach calculator.
    • GrabProspect compared side by side with 19 other LinkedIn tools.
  10. Bulk downloads and sorting for scrapes

    • Select scrapes and download them as a ZIP (one CSV each) or one merged file with a Found In Search column, or delete them in one go.
    • Sort scrapes by any column: date added, started or finished, name, account, status, leads saved, results in the search or time taken.
    • Accounts free up within minutes if the server restarts mid-task.
  11. A smarter, sturdier scraper

    • Company (account) searches are detected and saved with every company field.
    • Every lead export has 16 columns, including time in role, connection degree and Premium status.
    • Each results page gets 3 tries with longer waits; Retry waits twice as long and carries on from the page where it stopped.
    • Long #query= Sales Navigator links scrape correctly.
    • Running scrapes say what they're doing: opening the browser, reading page 7, trying again.
  12. Campaigns in bulk, and history everywhere

    • Add many Sales Navigator links at once, each with an optional name, and share them out across several accounts at random.
    • Choose how many scrapes run at once on each account.
    • Every task list keeps your full history with pages, filters (status, account, task type) and delete.
    • The query splitter shows live progress while it works.
  13. Connections that react to LinkedIn's weekly limit

    • Invites from Search URL, My Network and Sales Navigator work reliably.
    • When LinkedIn says the weekly invitation limit is reached, that account pauses invites until next week and you're notified.
    • A runs log on the Connections page, with everyone each run reached.
    • Recheck a LinkedIn account's sign-in from the Profiles page.
  14. Browser extension 1.1.0 and the Edge Add-ons store

    • Install from Microsoft Edge Add-ons with one click; it updates itself.
    • No reload after installing, a welcome tab, and it carries on after you sign in to LinkedIn.
    • Add the LinkedIn account in your browser from the extension's toolbar button.
    • The app tells you when a newer extension is out.
  15. Page invites that use every credit

    • Ask for more invites than the month's credits and it invites what's left instead of stopping.
    • People LinkedIn won't allow are skipped, not counted.
  16. Security, teams and up to 1,000 accounts

    • 2-step sign-in with an authenticator app and recovery codes; admins can require it.
    • Up to 1,000 LinkedIn accounts in one workspace, with every limit shown per account and overall.
    • Page invites made simple: Invite now, Automatic and History.
    • Light and dark mode shared between the website and the app.
  17. Free trial, notifications and a live sidebar

    • A 7-day free trial with every module, no card.
    • Notifications in the app and by email: replies, limits, errors, finished tasks and a daily summary.
    • The sidebar shows what's running with live progress, like 8 of 10.
    • Deep sync reads a Company Page's whole follower list on request.
  18. One inbox for every reply

    • Replies from every LinkedIn account in one inbox, checked at times you choose without marking anything as read.
    • Answer from the right account and tag replies Interested, Not now or Not interested.
    • Company Page invites and follower sync.
  19. Browser extension and several scrapes at once

    • Connect the LinkedIn account in your browser with the GrabProspect extension.
    • Each account works on its own; several scrapes can run at once, even on one account.
    • Choose the LinkedIn account for each scrape, with live progress on the Scraper page.
  20. Team plans

    • Several logins on one plan, each with a private workspace, features and daily limits set by the admin.
  21. Live activity and the new query splitter

    • A live view of what every LinkedIn account is doing.
    • The query splitter rebuilt around Sales Navigator's live counts, with coverage reporting.
  22. Auto mode

    • Auto and Manual scheduling for every account, with working days and hours, and source pickers for invites.
