Choosing a LinkedIn tool
What is the best LinkedIn automation tool in 2026?
It depends on what you need. For LinkedIn outreach that starts from Sales Navigator searches, across one or many accounts, GrabProspect gives scraping (including searches over 2,500 results), invites, follow-ups, one reply inbox and company Page invites from $29 per account a month. If email is your main channel, lemlist or Skylead fit better; for verified emails only, Evaboot; for the lowest price on one account with a computer you keep on, Linked Helper or Octopus CRM; for agencies with 25+ senders and white label, HeyReach.
Which LinkedIn tools can export more than 2,500 Sales Navigator results?
Sales Navigator shows at most 2,500 results for any one search, so every tool reads at most 2,500 per search. GrabProspect’s query splitter breaks a larger search into smaller searches that each fit (on seniority, job title, function and other filters), checks every piece’s live count and saves the leads. None of the other tools compared here list a built-in splitter on their sites.
Which LinkedIn automation tools run in the cloud?
Most do: GrabProspect, Expandi, Dripify, HeyReach, Skylead, La Growth Machine, Salesflow, We-Connect, Botdog, SalesRobot, Aimfox, Meet Alfred, Kanbox and PhantomBuster run in the cloud. Waalaxy’s cloud is on its paid Advanced and Business plans. Linked Helper and STACKED Local (formerly Dux-Soup) run on your own computer, and Octopus CRM runs in your browser.
Is it safe to use LinkedIn automation?
LinkedIn limits automated activity, and no tool can promise an account will never be restricted. Safer tools keep a human pace: irregular gaps between actions, daily and weekly caps under LinkedIn’s limits, and a stop when LinkedIn’s weekly invitation limit is reached. GrabProspect does all of these and starts each account at a different minute every day.
How were these comparisons made?
Every price and feature comes from each tool’s own website (pricing page, or its help pages where the pricing page doesn’t say), checked in October 2026. “Not listed” means the tool’s site doesn’t say either way. Each page also lists where the other tool is the better choice.
