Terms of Service

Last updated October 4, 2026

These terms apply to grabprospect.com and the GrabProspect app (the “service”). By using the service you agree to them. If you use it for an organization, you agree for that organization. Questions go to contact@grabprospect.com.

Accounts

  • Users are created by your organization’s admin. Keep your login private and tell us if you think it has been misused.
  • Admins decide which features and limits each user has, and are responsible for the users they create.

Your LinkedIn accounts

GrabProspect acts on LinkedIn through accounts that you or your organization connect. You must be authorized to use each account you connect, and you remain responsible for complying with LinkedIn’s terms. LinkedIn limits automated activity. GrabProspect works at a human pace within the limits you set, but we cannot guarantee that LinkedIn will not restrict an account, and we are not responsible for actions LinkedIn takes on your accounts.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • send spam, harassment, or misleading or unlawful messages;
  • collect or contact people without a lawful basis under the laws that apply to you, including data protection and marketing laws;
  • access accounts you are not allowed to use, or try to break or overload the service.

We may suspend use that breaks these rules or puts the service or other customers at risk.

Your data

You own the data you put into or collect with the service. You let us process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export leads at any time.

Fees

Prices are listed on the pricing page and confirmed with you before you start. Fees are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and are not refundable for partial periods unless the law requires it. Each plan includes fair-use limits per LinkedIn account, shown on the pricing page. The student discount needs a valid student email or student ID, covers up to 2 LinkedIn accounts and 2 teammates, and ends when you are no longer a student.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and to fix problems quickly, but it is provided “as is”. LinkedIn may change its site at any time, which can affect features until we adapt. We may improve or change the service and will tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using the service at any time. We may end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. After the end, you can ask us for an export of your data within 30 days.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes go to the courts of Islamabad, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
