Connect LinkedIn in one click
The GrabProspect extension for Chrome and Edge hands the LinkedIn account signed in to your browser to GrabProspect, after you approve it. No password, nothing to export.
How it works
- One click
- Right after you install it, GrabProspect opens on the Profiles page. Press Connect this browser’s LinkedIn, or click the extension’s icon on LinkedIn and choose Add to GrabProspect. No password to type, no cookies to export.
- You approve each time
- A GrabProspect window shows the address, the profile and the LinkedIn account before anything is sent. Press Allow, or Cancel.
- Only to GrabProspect
- It answers only app.grabprospect.com (and addresses you add yourself), sends only LinkedIn sign-in cookies, and only when you press Allow.
- Self-hosted too
- Running GrabProspect on your own server? Add its address in the extension’s Settings.
- Stays up to date
- The Edge Add-ons version updates itself. If you installed the download, GrabProspect tells you when a newer one is out and how to update in three steps.
Install it
Microsoft Edge: install it in one click from Edge Add-ons. It updates itself.
Google Chrome: the extension is on its way to the Chrome Web Store. Until then, install it in a minute:
- Download the extension and unzip it into a folder you’ll keep.
- Open chrome://extensions (in Edge, edge://extensions).
- Turn on Developer mode, then press Load unpacked and choose the unzipped folder.
- That’s it: GrabProspect opens by itself. Sign in to linkedin.com in the same browser, then press Connect this browser’s LinkedIn, or click the extension’s toolbar icon and choose Add to GrabProspect.
The extension is included with paid plans; during the free trial you connect your account with its email and password. Questions about the extension or how it handles your LinkedIn session? Read the extension privacy policy or contact us.
