Why do Sales Navigator links look so long?
The link holds every filter, value and setting of the search, encoded. Newer links put it after #query=, and with many filters they can run to thousands of characters.
Can this tool tell me how many results a search has?
No. The count isn't stored in the link; Sales Navigator works it out when the search runs. Type the number Sales Navigator shows to get splitting advice.
Is the link sent anywhere?
No. The checker reads it in your browser.
How do I get more than 2,500 results from a search?
Split it into smaller searches that each have fewer than 2,500 results, using filters like seniority or company headcount. GrabProspect's query splitter does this for you.
