Team members and workspaces
How team members get private workspaces, how admins add people or approve sign-ups, set features and limits per person, and share the plan's LinkedIn accounts.
Updated
Quick answer
Each team member signs in with their own email and password and gets a private workspace: their own LinkedIn accounts, leads, sequences and inbox. Admins add people (they receive an email to choose a password) or approve sign-ups, switch features on or off and set daily limits for each person, and keep everyone on one plan. The plan's LinkedIn accounts are shared out between team members.
Private workspaces
Teammates can't see each other's LinkedIn accounts, leads, sequences or inbox. Admins see the whole team's activity.
Adding people (admins)
- Add a user: they get a welcome email to choose a password.
- Approve sign-ups: people who register appear for approval; approving them sends one email, and starts their free trial if trials are on.
Features and limits per person (admins)
For each user, admins can switch modules on or off (scraper, connections, messaging, Page invites) and set limits: invites, messages, Page invites, scrapes at the same time, leads per month. Users see theirs under Settings › Your limits.
Sharing LinkedIn accounts
The plan includes a number of LinkedIn accounts for the whole team. On a plan with 3 accounts, the team can connect 3 in total, split however you like.
